The problem
If you start at the tender notice, you are already late.
Tender alert services tell you about a procedure on the day it is published. By then, the decisions that decide the award have been made.
01
30 days instead of 12 months
The EU minimum deadline for bids in an open procedure is 35 days, 30 with electronic submission. Too short for partners, references and a considered price.
02
The specification is already written
Needs, volumes and selection criteria are fixed before the notice — shaped by experience with the current contract.
03
The market consultation is over
Buyers may consult the market before the procedure (Art. 40, Directive 2014/24/EU). If they do not know you then, they do not ask you.
How it works
From an expiring contract to your own bid.
- 1
Define your market
CPV sector, country or region, minimum value, keywords — as narrow or as broad as your sales team works.
- 2
See what is expiring
With the end date, the current supplier, the contract value and the buyer’s award history. Published and estimated dates are clearly separated.
- 3
Get told in time
Adjudera emails you when a matching contract enters your window or is newly awarded — daily or weekly.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
From TED, the Official Journal of the European Union for public procurement. We read every new contract award notice daily, resolve buyers and companies, and link to the original.
How do you know when a contract ends?
When the buyer publishes a duration, we show that date and mark it “stated”. When it is missing, we estimate the end from typical durations of comparable contracts and mark it “estimated”.
Does Adjudera replace my tender alert service?
No, it complements it. Tender services report procedures once they are published. Adjudera shows what comes before: which contracts are ending, who holds them and at what price.
Which contracts are covered?
Every award published in the EU’s Official Journal — contracts above the EU thresholds, including from Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. Purely national procedures below the thresholds are not included.
Is there a trial?
There is a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not convinced in the first 7 days after purchase, we refund it in full. The expiry radar and every public page work without an account.
What does Adjudera cost, and how do I cancel?
Pro Country is €79 per month or €790 a year, Pro Europe €199 and Team €399 per month. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period, in the customer portal. Paid plans are for businesses and public bodies.
Your competitor knows when their contract ends. Now you do too.
